About Me


I'm a certified Yoga, Pilates, and Barre instructor passionate about empowering you to achieve your fitness and wellness goals in a supportive environment. As a passionate advocate for movement, I believe that it knows no age limits. Breathing is the key, and as long as you’re breathing, movement will work for you.

My days off the yoga mat are a vibrant mix of tending to my kids, our farm and seeking adventure in new destinations. Life flows seamlessly between mindful movement and the natural world energizes me.

I offer a variety of classes to help you find balance, strength, and inner peace. I'm passionate about helping you reach your fitness goals, whether it's through yoga, Pilates, or Barre classes.

My yoga classes will help you improve your flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. I offer different styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative, to cater to all levels and preferences.

My Pilates classes focus on strengthening your core, improving your posture, and increasing your overall body strength using a variety of props.

Barre classes combine elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga to give you a full-body workout. My energetic and fun classes will help you tone your muscles, improve your balance, and increase your flexibility.

I believe in the power of movement and mindfulness. My classes offer high-quality instruction with a personalized touch, ensuring everyone feels seen and supported, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners.
